This design was commissioned as a gift to celebrate the selfless service and compassion of a neighbor.

The Words: The design is made up of the individual’s top ten favorite scriptures. Since those ten scriptures ended up being used numerous times, I added a few of my favorite scriptures and a a couple verses from two of my favorite hymns. These were only used once.

The Message: I sought to create the illusion that the gospel is subtle, yet flowing, while at times bold. The “good news” of Christ’s words meld and blend, ultimately leading those who seek to follow His precepts to come closer to the Savior.

Look and Live: Viewing this word art design from afar you see a clear depiction of the Savior. As you walk toward the artwork, the clarity of the portrait gives way to composition of words and phrases. The idea is that we can easily see the Savior if we but look. However as we come closer to him we learn more about the gospel and what it means to be a disciple of Christ.
